In achieving the SDGs targets, besides the Government,NGOs, academic institutions, private sectors and donors communities have been paying significant roles in Bangladesh. Due to rapid changes in the external environments and increased demands of the donors, many of them, especially NGOs, Government institutions and young private sectors are exposed to newer challenges and so, are unable to meet those highly précised demands of the donors and or to participate in newer bidding for new projects.
